Florida Panthers

The Florida Panthers are a professional ice hockey team based in the South Florida metropolitan area. The Florida Panthers are managed by Randy Sexton and coached by Peter Deboer. Founded in 1993, the Florida Panthers franchise has yet to add any divisional or conference championships to their 1 Stanley Cup achievement. In the 2009 hockey season the Florida Panthers were represented by players from 6 different nationalities including Canada, USA and Russia. The Florida Panthers have had 6 captains since 1993, the most recent being Brian McCabe. The home and away team colors of the Panthers are red, indigo, yellow, gold and white.
