Q: How quickly will my order arrive?
A: Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. However, some items require additional processing before being shipped. If you choose our Free Shipping option, we choose the fastest and most affordable method of ground shipping to get your order to you as promptly as possible and we ask that you allow 7-14
days for the delivery to occur (subject to "Availability" as noted above). If you would prefer an earlier arrival of your order, we are always happy to ship your order with an expedited delivery service for an additional charge but please get in touch first.
Q: How much will shipping cost?
A: All continental U.S. orders over $30 qualify for Standard Free Shipping for an expected arrival within 7-14 days. The International Shipping Cost is subject to calculation by weight and location. Please use the shipping calculator at checkout for International rates.

We require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on every return. Best of all, NO RESTOCKING FEES. Incorrectly sent or damaged merchandise will be the full responsibility of SportsBling and will receive a replacement free of charge or a 100% refund, including shipping charges.
Q: Can I send an item as a gift?
A: Absolutely. You can send your order directly to friends and loved ones straight from our warehouse. When purchasing items to send as gifts, please be sure to include the receiver's address in the "Shipping Address" fields when checking out.
Packing Slips do not contain pricing information so sending items directly is never a concern.
Q: What are my Payment options?

Q: Will I be charged Sales Tax?
A: Sales tax will not be charged to orders shipping to addresses outside the state of Oklahoma. Orders shipping to addresses within Oklahoma will be charged the current sales tax rate for Cleveland county.
Q: How do I Redeem a Coupon Code?
A: We love to reward our valued customers with coupons and savings throughout the year. If you have received a coupon or promotional code and would like to use it with your purchase, you can add desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout process. Codes and promotional discounts are entered on the checkout page and total discounts are reflected in your final order preview before your order is placed.

Q: Can I Cancel My Order?
A: Yes. If you would like to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at 888-848-9876 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have received your request a customer service representative will contact the appropriate warehouse and attempt to cancel your order. If customer service is notified by our warehouse that your order has shipped or is in the shipping process (i.e. picked and packed), we will be unable to complete your cancellation request. In the event that we are unsuccessful, we will notify you via email.
If we are unable to honor your cancellation request, you may return your item within 30 days for a refund, if desired. Customers will be responsible for the shipping expense to return the merchandise if it has already shipped.
Q: Can I Change My Order Address?
A: Yes. If you would like to change the address associated with an order, please contact us with your order number and shipping information. Our customer service representative will contact the appropriate warehouse and attempt to change the shipping address for your order. If our customer service representative is notified by the warehouse that your order has already shipped or is in the process of being shipped (i.e. picked and packed), we will be unable to complete your request for an address change. In the event that we are unsuccessful, we will notify you via email of the final shipping address associated with your order.
If you would like to make an exchange for an item purchased, please complete our Exchange Request form. You will be contacted by a customer service representative within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and details on how to exchange your product. Please keep in mind that lost returns are the responsibility of the customer. SportsBling recommends sending packages via a trackable method such as UPS or USPS for your protection.
You may make exchanges any time within 30 days from the original purchase date. In order to receive your credit towards purchase or your new item, returned items must be in the same new, unused, and unworn condition as was received.
Please do not return merchandise until you have received your RMA number from a SportsBling representative.
